A holiday flat on one of the most beautiful islands

in a cosy flat with beautiful sea view in Caniço, Madeira, a 10 minutes
walk away from the sea. There are restaurants in the neighborhood,
sports facilities, grocery stores. it is just a 10 minutes drive away from
the capital of Madeira Funchal.
The Apartment is spacious (146 m2) with high ceiling, large windows, two open balconies (69 m2) with a stunning view of the seas. Stay cool with a central A/C if you feel like, and wind down comfortable in the queen sized bedrooms. If you are going with friends, there is a second queen size bedroom, and a third bunk bed room for either friends or up to 3 children. The main bedroom has a private toilet/showere, the second and the third bedrooms share a toilet/bath-shower.
you can enjoy a great dinner in the living room's dining area, in the kitchen's lounge, or on one of the terraces. all rooms are equipped with a flat smart TV and free Wifi.
listen to your faourite music connecting your cell phone of music player to one of the soundbars in the living room, the main bedroom and the kitchen.
the pool is fre to be used at any time of the year.
the parking space is located in the garage.
a restaurant for breakfast is a 2 minutes walk from the bulding.
Madeira

located in Caniço, which is a 10 minutes ride from the capital Funchal
and a 10 minutes ride to the airport. It is a quiet place with no
aviation noise, yet touristic.
There
are great spots at short distances, like parks, Levada trails (more than
50), great food, shopping, beaches, view points, food points and
restaurants ... there's a lot to do within short rides and/or walks.
